Please be advised that ALL SESSIONS, EVENTS, and CLASSES must be booked in advance. To ensure that classes begin and end on time we do not accept walk-ins.
For EVENTS, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket.
All reservations and payments must be made ahead of time.
Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to park and get settled in the space. Be sure to check in at the front desk.
Kindly respect your time and our community by silencing your cell phones when you enter; putting them away, out of sight.

Be sure to cancel your reservation 4 or more hours in advance to avoid a $10 fee. When a spot is booked but unused, that means someone else is missing an opportunity to be rebalanced.
